Daily production data shows Liza field output returns after Liza gas pipeline connection project in July-August
Mobius Intel Brief:
Guyana’s latest crude production data confirms that ~270 kbpd returned to global markets by mid-August, closing the books on the Exxon-led consortium’s planned July-August outage to connect the 50 mmscf/d Liza gas pipeline.
Total Guyanese crude output fell to 324 kbpd at peak outage on July 19, with the seven subsequent days averaging 377.7 kbpd.
By mid-August, production recovered to approximately 660 kbpd, falling short of the 669 kbpd achieved on June 30. Output averaged 637 kbpd for the final week of the month.
